The superwash nature of the merino means that it will not felt, though we always recommend hand washing nice yarn like this, especially if you choose to dye it yourself. This blend is pure, decadent luxury. The silk provides the most incredible shine, strength, and softness, while the superwash Merino provides a springy, bounciness that allows the yarn to retain some memory in the finished piece. This is the exact same blend as our Roo base, only in a thicker version.
